About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide specialist care to newborns in the NICU
- Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
- Manage ventilation, nutrition and developmental care plans
- Counsel and support families
- Supervise and teach junior medical staff
Qualifications & requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Paediatrics / Neonatology
- Minimum 3 years of NICU experience
- NRP / PALS certification preferred
- Eligible for MOH Oman licensing
